PCR run: 10 miles at target HR 150 bpm, 2 mi w/u and ~1 mi c/d

10 miles at 148.9 bpm avg HR, and avg pace was 6:54.4 --> so, the bpMi over the 10 miles is 1028 bpMi, which I believe is my lowest so far.

Temperature was 55 F!!! So that helped a LOT!

I pushed a bit harder during the last couple miles, with my avg HR creeping up to 153 and 154 bpm the last 2 miles. Pace during those final two miles was 6:50 and 6:40. Pleased with this workout all around. No fuel before the run, but I put the SIS brand tablet in my water bottle (berry flavor, 350 mg sodium), and drank most of it during the run. Felt strong throughout the run, although again, probably mostly due to the nice weather.
