PCR on treadmill, 9.0 miles at 8.0 - 8.3 mph (5 miles at 8.3 mph). Felt very tough initially, along with glute pain. Pain really went away around 4 miles, and effort seemed to be easier at that point as well. HR was in the 160 - 164 bpm range for entire PCR portion. That would be 1:05 at that HR. This indicates that my LT HR is above 164 bpm. (I've previously measured it as being 158 in 2012, and then maybe 162 in late 2013.)
NOTE: I stretched and used LaCrosse ball on glute afterwards, while Logan did an entire MILE on the treadmill!!
