Fartlek: 8 x 2min hard, 2 min recoveries, except that the first 2 were only 1 min and 1:30, respectively.
Felt pretty good to run hard. It didn't feel like I was running all that fast, but I was getting pretty darn tired by the end of each segment. My paces (only viewed afterwards) were decent (6:20-ish) during the harder portions.
