LMLS, 15 mi at easy/steady pace, SAM Medium.
A little on the fast side of easy. Second half kept inching faster, with a 7:15 mile (mile 13) when another runner merged onto the same trail. I thought he was jogging, so I sped up a bit to get past him. But he kept speeding up, even after I passed him. Anyhow, only about a half mile of that nonsense, so no harm. Feeling pretty good after an 8-day stretch that is beyond anything I have done before (in terms of highest total weekly mileage, longest long run ever, tough tempo workout, an intervals workout, and a couple 15-mile mid-week runs, all within an 8-day period). Something feels different, like I've broken through a plateau of sorts.
