LMLS, 22.2 mi Long Run, SAM Easy. Again, the pace got too fast, although it felt comfortable at the time. The last 2 miles were really tough loops around the park. Mile 21 was 6:56. Not sure why it was faster; I focused on cadence and effort level to just maintain, but I did not feel like I was pushing marathon pace.
