Notes

Intervals -- 2 x 2 miles at 6:35 pace (on a TM due to rain). Actually, the first mile of the first repeat was at 6:40 pace (9.0 mph), the rest were all at 6:35 pace (9.1 mph). The Treadmill was set at 1.5% incline throughout. The second repeat felt very solid and comfortable, like I could've held it for quite a while.

MTA -- Oh yeah, I wore my HR strap and Garmin despite running on the TM today. I wanted to see what kind of HR numbers I would get. More data to obsess about! My HR peak was 161-162 bpm while running at 6:35 pace on TM set at 1.5% incline. This sounds good to me, but I'll check with data from a year or so ago to see how it matches up.
