PCR: 9.07 miles in 1:05:37 (7:14 avg pace), avg HR 156 during PCR portion, Max HR 166. Felt "comfortably hard," but I could've gone even harder. The pace was a little faster than the fastest end of the program pace range. HR stayed well within the program HR range (155-173). Recovery Indicators gave me a "Train, don't strain" today based on only getting 6 hours sleep. But I felt great and didn't feel like I was pushing it all that hard.
Total miles today = 10.7 with warmup and cooldown.
