Cut-Downs: 100m sprints with decent recovery time, 2 x (3 x 100m), ~2 min b/t sprints, ~ 5 min b/t the two sets.
I did an "extra" sprint, slightly slower (or so I thought), and for a bit longer. GPS said my pace was 5:08 on this extra one, but it didn't seem quite that fast. Anyhow, this run was mainly a jog other than the handful of sprints -- somewhat of a recovery run to start prepping for Saturday's run (the last long/hard run until the marathon 3 weeks later).
