Notes
It started raining about 7 miles into it. Never got bad, although if it had been raining when I woke up, it would've been hard to get out the door. 20 miles at an easy pace. Really started slowly, as I've had difficulty all week, including some achilles issues on my right side. Today felt good. Not a struggle at all. I played tennis in the driveway with Lo when I got home, then did a nice long workout (yoga/core/myrtl/bosu/stretch/lacrosse ball).
