10.74 mile Aerobic run, same route as PCR run (with same w/u and c/d loop on Queensland). Avg HR 134, Max HR 147, avg pace 8:56, which is slower than the program pace of 8:49. However, 6 miles were faster, 2 were slightly slower, and only one middle mile was over 9 min/mile. Also, the warmup mile was around 10 min/mile pace, c/d was around 9:12 pace, etc. So, pretty close to program pace overall, AND the HR avg was 134!!
