3 x 2 mi. Intervals workout at 6:34 avg pace, 2 mi w/u, 2.9 mi c/d. Bathroom break after 2nd repeat. Good effort. HR peaked at 167 bpm during first repeat, 166 on second, and 164 on third.
I ran a Half Marathon on Sunday (two days ago) in 1:33:38; I was happy that today's effort didn't feel too strained.
