LMLS, 18 mi, SAM. Ran at LTF on TM. 7.3 mph (8:13 pace) first 10 miles, then 8.7 mph (6:53 pace) for 7 miles, 1 mile jog c/d. Used avg incline of 2% with video course, which means at least 1%, and as much as 4%. Tough workout, very sweaty. Had one bottle of Perpetuem with 2 scoops, and a second bottle of water. No issues, felt good, but had to focus through the end. My shoes were sweat-soaked so much that I squeaked and slipped as I ran!
