Felt pretty darn good given the paces. The HRM numbers are worthless today -- it would've been nice to see them.

That looks like a fun workout.

It's effective, if not entirely fun. MP feels easier after recovering from the half-mile at roughly 5k pace. The body has to figure out how to recover while running MP, which seems to work for me. We'll see in about a week.
