2nd half of LR after 5 min break

Eased back up to speed, then did 4 miles at 7.5 mph before easing off.

Today was rough. Low energy, side stitch, generally worn down feeling. I may have pushed too hard to reach 75 miles for the week, but I think I need to occasionally “over-do” it as long as I allow some recovery time.
