No w/u, 5 mi jog walk (9:1 ratio), SAM Easy, then whirlpool. Muscles not sore, but tired after 2 tough workouts this week (10 mile Alternation Tuesday, and a 5K Turkey Trot in 19:43 on Thursday/yesterday).
HR numbers look right. The paces and distances are screwy due to leaving GPS in "outdoor" mode while running indoor.
