LMLS, 9 x 800 Yassos (2:55), SAM Hard.
Ouch! Tough workout, made tougher by the 1-mile race on Sunday. My splits:
2:57, 2:54, 2:54, 2:53, 2:55, 2:57, 2:59, 3:00, 2:59 (avg of 2:56.4 seconds). Not terrible, but the trend isn't good. It would've been better to go 3:00, 2:59, 2:57, etc. with the 2:53 for the last one. Not sure if I can fix this for my final Yasso coming up in a few weeks (10 x 800).
