Had to lower the treadmill pace to 6.7 to 6.8 mph and 0 incline in order to stay around 141 bpm. Lots of fatigue due to snow shoveling the past few days -- we shoveled the roof for 2 hours this morning, then a bit more in the driveway this evening before I hit the treadmill.
