Notes

Ran mostly on the turf which felt great. Trying to get back to lower drop shoes as long as my body likes it and today was good. Felt the extra stress a little but overall felt good very natural to wear. In the past this would have bothered my achilles a lot but that wasn't the case today which I love. I thank the PT/pre-run band/single leg exercises for this.
