Felt pretty good in this workout, worked hard but hit paces nicely. 3x30/30 to simulate a race start, then 54321 starting at 8k pace and increasing each interval. went out a bit too hard in 2 min interval and slowed down, but paces were just under 5:40, 5:30, 5:20, 5:10, and 5:07. Patrick and I did the big hill in Institute park in every interval.
