Looked at some workouts from senior year and this was one I did right around this time of year that I thought would be good this week. Senior year assigned time were 36 and 2:27, going in today my plan was 35-36 and 2:30-2:35 based on my current fitness. First set felt really weird, maybe because I wasn't warmed up quite enough, but the rest were good.
