Notes
This run was tough. I worked in Magtrex with All Horn all afternoon which was a bit tiring, plus I think the big couple days of training and this being a Friday all made this a pretty sluggish run. I cut it down from 50 minutes anticipating a long cooldown tomorrow talking to Kyle about how our time trials went. I probably would have cut this down even without those plans. Gassed.
