Tried to do 8x3min, super tough. Not sure if i was tired from the week or just not prepared right on the day, but wow that was hard. Did 6x3min averaging right around 5:20 but was totally gased, so switched to 90s intervals with about 1 minute rest, sometimes less. Ouch.
