Ran fairly late after a tough day at work dealing with 2nd shift again and then realizing I missed SHS' second day of the decathlon because I thought it was over, texted Butter saying so and he never responded. Really feeling like it was a crap day. Kept the run really easy and considered going shorter but didn't feel the need once I got going. Did 4 strides afterward which felt pretty good.
