EZ one starting at 7pm after practice and a stop at the grocery store. I was a bit tired going in but started off easy and progressed to my normal easy pace. Did 6x20s pickups at the end. Need to do a better job remembering to loosen up the hamstrings before I run, because I stopped and stretched/RPRed very briefly after about 15 minutes and it made a big difference.
