Notes

Did six sets of 1000m @3:20, 90s rest, 600m @1:50, 3min rest. Felt good and went under on almost every interval. Hadn't planned on a sixth set and ran 1:45 for the 5th 600, then did another set. Big confidence boost from this workout.
