Jogging around the trails near our campsite in the rain. It was a bit muddy in spots but super nice to be out moving. Didn’t feel like we ran this slow but there were lots of hills, twists and turns so it isn’t shocking. Almost did strides but then remembered this isn’t a training week. Maybe I’ll do some later in the week.
