Notes

A bit tough to get out the door for this workout but it went pretty well.

Kyle was heading out for a run so we ran to WPI together, and wow did I not feel great. Felt sluggish, shoulders kindof sore a la this weekend, stomach didn't feel good, all of it. I got to the track, chatted with Paul Reilly for a couple minutes, then did 4 laps in the outer lanes to stay clear of Assumption and CMS. Did some quick warmups, put on the flats, and then felt good for the whole workout.

200s felt easy. Inner 3 lanes were crowded so I did 90s laps in lane 4 and figured that would get me into the low 5:40s which is where I wanted to be. Didn't feel super smooth but felt strong through the mile reps. 90s recovery rather than 60s was smart too I think, this kept the workout fairly comfortable. 3rd rep was EZ, 4th rep I had to focus a little but felt like I could have done it significantly faster and probably another after. Final 200s felt good too, strong and just a little fatigued.

Stopped at PChops on the run home to get a couple sweet potatoes and some toothpaste. Carried the taters home in my flats for MaXiMum EfFiCiEnCy.
