This really doesn't look like a workout on paper but it was actually a pretty good one. 20x20s hills w/1min jog down and 3min after each set of 5. Supposed to be reasonably hard effort, maybe 600 pace, but controlled. Not sure if I hit it quite that hard but this was some good hill work and my legs were definitely getting wobbly in the last set. I would have done more running before/after but that wasn't going to work well with the plan for SHS. Did some stretching and core afterward and goofed around with some turkish get-ups for kicks with a few of the more serious guys.
