I haven't run this in a while. Good to get out again but I'm pretty positive I need to stop running in these shoes. I've done a bunch of stairs and cross training in them and they've been feeling too mushy or spongey lately. I'll probably keep doing stairs in them since the softness doesn't really bother me there as much.

Run was good overall, feeling a little ankle soreness from yesterday. I'm definitely starting to feel like I'm moving more like myself than I have been in the last few weeks of running. I do think I could start to mix in some strides/short intervals, so I'll do that either this weekend or early next week.
