Kept this workout fairly easy and aerobic. Went for something similar to 8x3min but toned down a bit. Lucas and I targeted 2:40 for the 800s and decided 90s rest/200m jog would do it. The rest was nice because it allowed us to slow jog 200m and then have 15 or so seconds left over. First 3 reps felt kindof meh, but rep 4 I was warmed up and probably could have done 9-10 of these today if I wanted to hit it a bit harder. Today didn't feel like the day to kill this kind of workout so I'm happy I did 7 and felt great doing them.
