Originally thought I had 10x2min on/1min off, but actually had 5xmile T w/1min and 6x200m R w/200m.

I wasn't totally feeling this workout as I was warming up and doing drills but I knew it was going to be do-able and feel good once it was done. Again I felt like this was a good exercise in patience.

Felt strong through the miles, tempo on the track is so smooth. I do need to get on dirt more often though. Reps 4 and 5 were a bit uncomfortable but not very, and then the 200s were EZ. Actually congratulated myself outloud after this, I was pretty happy with this workout at the end of a busy and active weekend at the Amherst Invite and then at Greylock with Liz.

Cooldown was actually pretty good, definitely riding the high and feeling accomplished. Starting to feel real fit.
