Sore legs to start but over all a decent run! Left achilles was a bit sore as expected but got better through the run and was almost totally fine by the end. Kept the effort low but my watch says I need 60 hours to recover, yikes. Also it projects my 5K time as 18:04. Here's to undertraining!
