Notes
Wow I didn't realize I was almost under 60 for this, cool.
Hard to get out the door for this but had to because I was going to be late to dinner if I didn't go. 3 hours of playing with Taz on the cousin's Mother's Day social distancing get together was not the best thing to do this morning. I probably should have done this yesterday when I had all the time in the world and it was colder.
Really felt like I was running into the wind for most of this. Didn't really feel like I was in a groove until I hit Park around mile 5. Running laps of Elm sucked a little because it was so windy and I had to dodge people but it was flat. Each lap I considered going off some other direction but never did because I didn't think I would find anything better.
Probably being a bit dramatic but I felt like I gutted this out and did well despite not being excited about it and putting it off all weekend. Most of it really wasn't bad and didn't take a ton of focus until the last two miles. Here's hoping I didn't dig a hole today. As I was cooling down I was thinking that I never really had to go to the well but I was definitely looking at it for the last couple miles.
