This felt like a short run but I guess it kindof wasn't, that's nice. Didn't feel very good because my achilles were a bit sore and I think tight hamstrings were contributing. I need to get back to lifting more often.

Did the BW PT stuff after dinner because I think I need it again. Based on how challenging it was, I think I'm right.
