Notes

Tough to get out the door after Mike Paddock's wake but felt pretty fresh and decided to do an aerobic/easy tempo run. Mile splits were 7:09, 6:10,6:16, 6:40 (up Brattle), 6:17, 6:04, 6:00 with the last 1.5 miles at 8:00. Good moderate effort, seemingly all I do compared to Chabot's training.
