Notes

Cut this run a little short because I was tired from subbing for PE (basketball with Toti's class) and then driving to Boston to get Mom at the airport. Also probably from yesterday's run/lift and Sunday's long run. When I put it that way I had a pretty solid previous 48 hours and lots of time on feet this weekend. Also probably overdressed. And rushed the warmup. So really good stuff today. If I wake up feeling solid tomorrow I'll still do an easy shakeout before the afternoon track stuff. If I wake up feeling like garbage I'll reassess but I don't feel like that will be the case.
