Notes

Another good session at CMPT with Eric. This week was easier in the respect that I didn't start by trashing my arms with push-ups and that it hit more legs where I do way better. There was enough arm stuff (rows, bd bench, trx inverted row) that I did feel my grip start to go by the end which is kindof fun. These classes are a blast.

Some things I might add to the SHS routine: the dot drill hopping forward and out with a pause on each leg. This was fun and I think a god dynamic stability exercise. Also the DB alternating chest press: Eric had us hold arms extended and alternate reps. This seems like a cool way to introduce some core and shoulder stability to bench press, especially on the yoga ball.
