Nice and easy with Jake and Remi. Remi was staying in Worcester last night to drive to Billerica for work but that got messed up by snow flurries today. So we went for a lil lunch run. I overdressed and was pretty warm but for the pace we were running it actually wasn't bad.
Left ankle was a bit stiff starting out and I was initially a bit concerned but it got better quickly and didn't bother me much while running. Gotta keep rolling that leg though too loosen things up.
