Really good tempo (sub T) workout tonight. Wasn't sure if I'd do 2x2mile + some 200s or 2mile followed by some slightly faster 800s but opted for the former plus another mile and felt great. Felt very controlled and relaxed, which I haven't felt during this kind of workout for a few months at least, maybe since October? This felt like 2018-19, if just a little slower. Felt good through the whole thing and felt good on the cooldown which I always think is a very good sign. I feel like I have some nice momentum right now!
