Finally pulled off a morning run. Didn't really want to get going as usual. Had a little ankle soreness/stiffness which is typical for first thing in the morning, but what was weird is that even after warming up my RIGHT ankle remained sore. Maybe this was from strides somehow? Am I using my right side more than my left? I'll probably add some PT to the right side and be sure to mention this to Mike tomorrow morning.
