Not going to put intervals and times on here because I'm feeling lazy, but today was 2x400m w/200m jog and 5x300m w/350m jog. Ran 68s, 69s, 52 and then 4x 51 mid. Lucas and I set out to do 6-8x400m @ 68-70 w/200m jog which I thought was a bit ambitious but was willing to try, and pretty quickly I realized this was going to be a real grind and decided it wasn't worth it with this being my last week of running before a break. I kept the reps to 300m and felt a little better doing those but overall just felt tired today, probably as a product of Sunday's race and yesterday's run being a bit quick.

The takeaway here is I could really use some time off. I'm just feeling generally tired and not really motivated to do workouts or anything hard. I think having a couple weeks off and then a month or so of just easing back into workouts is going to be really good for me.
