Wanted to turn the legs over and run faster than I had in a while and this did the trick. Definitely got hard in the second half but it was fun to run these. Jake did 3 or 4 and then called it because his knee didn't feel great.
I wanted a little more volume on the day but not getting it is fine. This was still really good for me.
The warm humid day didn't feel great but it wasn't bad.
