200s to warm up, 5x1600m with 1min recovery. Didn't really enjoy the slippery track so I moved to the roads after 3 reps in light rain. The road actually felt significantly easier than the track because of the rain, so maybe I should just do these threshold workouts on the roads whenever it's wet out. Gonna do 6 of these next time!
