Notes

Started on the Holden side. Warmed up for 10min, then 6x3min on / 2min easy trying to do 6:10ish "on" and just recover on the easy. Felt solid after running easy for about 3 minutes, so I added 3x60s at 6:00, 5:40, 5:30, without intending to progress. Cooldown was a hair short but then I walked in the last couple minutes with Mom who must have been really moving on her walk to be basically done with 5 minutes to go in the planned hour of the walk (despite turning around after 30min). Good workout for a solo one. GPS was really wonky at first so I don't really trust the warmup and first couple reps. Watch had 7.22, I think 7.5 is safe to say, but, regardless, distance is a construct and only time on feet is real.
