3x8 DB Bench @ 35/35/30 / 3x5 pull-ups (last set was chinups because I did a lot of chin/pullups last night too)
3x8 KB goblet squat @ 45/ 3x15 KB swing @ 45
2x10 step ups @ 17/27 / 2x30 skaters (kept to two sets because I was getting tired/sore and figured I wouldn't ruin a great day by grinding out a last set)
Felt really good lifting today, focusing on "bar speed" and explosiveness. Ready to go up in KB swing, maybe goblet squats too.
