Wanted to do a track workout but it snowed last night and was snowing pretty hard when I got home from SHS practice today. To avoid delaying a quality day, opted for 25-30 minute tempo starting at 6:00 and working down. Felt good so I went for 30, last half mile at 5:33 pace, full mile was probably slightly slower. Felt really smooth through this despite feeling a bit under the weather. Red Hot Chili Peppers carried the workout. If I can do something like this every week for the next 2-3 months I would be thrilled.
