Who warms up or cools down anyway? Did core and PT as a warmup, then hopped on the stairs for the Mike Roberts special: 20 minutes of 2 min HARD @115-120 steps/min then off immediately into about 40m of bear crawl. First 3 were fine, then this got much harder and felt like a hard tempo run. Jelly legs level stuff here. Looked like a weirdo bear crawling between the equipment I'm sure but a weirdo that's getting fitter.
