80 minutes with 3 miles warmup, 3 at an easy tempo "float"-ish pace, then 3 tempo. I think this is the 3rd year in a row that I can't quite do what I plan on during this run. Started with a group but did most of the way back with Filip from Missouri. We took short breaks at the top of some hills during the tempo section. SO much uphill on the way back during this run. Shook out a few minutes after getting to the cars.
