8x 35s at mile effort, jog back. Did these up the hill behind the school. Intention was for the SHS guys to turn over their legs after a tough week without getting too tired and to have decent volume on the day. I enjoyed running and chatting with them for sure.
If I had run alone I might have done something a bit more challenging but this was still a decent run for me. Legs felt great before during and after which is often not the case these days.
