4x(200,200,600) w/ 200m rest after 200s and 2-2.5 minutes rest after 600s. Felt decent but the workout was a bit harder than I thought it would be, especially the 600s. Wanted to hit 32-33 for the 200s and 5 minute pace or just under for the 600s. I hit pretty much everything, especially taking into consideration the snow on the track that added some distance. Good to feel the legs really work and get that mid-track-workout swollen feeling. Feeling like I need to do a bit more core.
